Signature Construction and Design is owned by Wilmington businessmen Dan & Eric Holloway. Eric is responsible for operations while Dan is in charge of sales and serves as the customer advocate. We pride ourselves on consistent follow up and quick response to questions and queries.
Mark Benzel is the General Manager of Signature Construction and Design
and will oversee your project from concept to completion. Mark has extensive
experience in residential construction and management throughout Wilmington
in that capacity.

in their respective field. In supplementing our Signature personnel, we
have aligned ourselves with a long-time proven network of high quality
subcontractors. Through our management and experience with this network,
we have successfully established our level of expectations of performance,
